This policy explains how NVRPilot processes personal data on this website.

1. Controller

2. Hosting and security
The site uses OpenAI Sites and technical infrastructure including Cloudflare. Necessary connection data may be processed for delivery, stability and security under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. HTTPS is used.
3. Forms and quotes
Name, email, optional phone and project data are processed to answer pre-contractual requests under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and retained for up to 24 months. Form data is not automatically relayed to an external email service and is stored only in the project database.
4. Projects and accounts
Saved planning projects are retained for 730 days. Member profiles can be deleted by the user and are removed after 730 inactive days. NVRPilot never receives a ChatGPT password.
5. Local storage and optional metrics
Language and privacy choice are stored locally. Anonymous feature events are recorded only with consent and deleted after 180 days. Consent can be changed at any time through Privacy settings.
6. External links
WhatsApp and merchant services are not embedded. A connection is made only when you click. Advertising, Google Analytics, YouTube, Google Maps and external font or script CDNs are not active.
